The registration desk will be located in the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel and Conference Centre, near the Front Desk.

Other registration types:
Exhibits Only: $60, valid for Friday trade show hours (10:15 am - 5:30 pm). Does not include Thursday night, or access to sessions. Includes lunch and breaks held in the Exhibits.
Guest: $105 A Guest is a spouse, partner or friend who is not a member of the BC Library Community. Guests may not attend sessions. Registration includes admission to the President's Reception in the Trade Show Friday night (seating at Bakan keynote is not included due to limited space); access to the trade show during all open hours, including breaks and lunch on Friday; and admission to the closing reception on Saturday afternoon.
Ticketed events: available on regular registration form or Social events registration.
Featured Author Talk: Friday, May 11, 6 - 8 pm "License to Laugh" with Kevin Chong and Kaitlin Fontana: $25 - limited to 40 tickets
BCLA / BCLTA Awards Recognition Luncheon Saturday, May 12, noon - 2 pm: $25.
Policies and important information:
There is no Preconference this year. Please watch the BCLA / BCLTA / HLABC websites for unofficial / off-site preconferences.
If you are interested in volunteering, or in convening sessions for one day of the conference, please see: www.bclibraryconference.ca/volunteering before completing your regular conference registration.
Bulk rebate for institutions: BCLA or BCLTA Institutional members who register 10 or more delegates qualify for a rebate of registration costs (all registrations must be submitted online by April 30th).
Institutions registering 10-19 people will qualify for a 5% rebate, and those registering 20 or more will qualify for a 10% rebate. The rebate will apply to core conference registrations only (not to ticketed events).
The institution should submit their final list of registered delegates to the BCLA Office by April 30th, and rebate cheques (made out to the institution) will be mailed at the end of May.
Cancellations must be received in writing by April 30, 2012. Cancellations received prior to that date will be eligible for a refund, less a $50 handling charge. Cancellations after April 30 will not be eligible for a refund.
